Village Belle Hotel, Melbourne

Constructed in 1891, the Village Belle Hotel in Melbourne has had a $15m renovation.

Once a depot for the first local trams, St Kilda’s heritage building has now been transported into the modern world.

With a number of different spaces created, the Village Belle has formed a true destination for enjoyment. The aim was to provide an open area for large crowds, that will no doubt attend the St Kilda establishment.  Pacific HVAC Engineering were called in to ensure luxury and comfort was the priority for staff, patrons and produce.

Working with the venue, we supplied fans to the below functions:

  • Kitchen Extract Fan
  • Kitchen Supply Fan
  • Dishwasher extract fan
  • Carpark Extract Fans
  • Substation Supply Fans

With a strong focus on local and sustainable products on the menu, the importance of the staff and food health was first and foremost a priority.  The solution provided to the client will facilitate the removal of heat, steam and smoke from all cooking areas, allowing for a safe and clean working environment.  Likewise, the return of fresh clean air is needed to be directed back into, and around the building.

We look forward to working on the Village Belle project, that has a sleek new look, contemporary vibes, all the while honouring history.
